    Take care not to eat more than the required calories. Choose low-fat foods, which will keep your energy level high throughout the day. Skimmed milk or a glass of sugar-free fresh fruit juice with toast is a perfect breakfast menu.

    Lunch should be a well-balanced meal. It should contain all of the vital nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.

    Fiber is also very important. Fruits and salads should be included in the lunch. Eat slowly and enjoy the meal peacefully.

    Dinner should be kept light. A low-calorie dinner eaten at least two hours before bedtime is ideal.



  2. Take care while snacking. This is where most slip up. Choose healthy snacks that are low in calories. Snacks are important as they help to maintain energy levels in the body between meals.
