A healthy lifestyle helps you keep away most of the diseases. Eat according to the need of your body not for your satisfaction. Following are simple tips one can adopt in their lifestyle and gives an energetic body...
(1)Start regular exercise. You can definitely control your body weight. At least do half an hour warming up. This will make you feel fresh the whole day.
(2) Walk whenever you get a chance. From my experience, walking is the easy method to control body weight.
(3) Consume low calorie food, according to the requirement of the body.
(4)Add fruit in your daily diet.
(5)Choose vegetable foods.
(6)Drink plenty of water.
(7)Try to avoid fried items.
(8)Try to limit the usage of sugar, salt and oil.
(9)Take time to eat. Chew your food well. Eat only if your body is hungry.
(10)Include foods high in carbohydrates, vitamins, fiber and minerals. Try to avoid foods which have a high fat and cholesterol content.
All should try to make a little difference in their lifestyle. This will definitely increase your lifespan. Don't live to eat. Be conscious about health.
