Danger Behind Fast Food

In my country, the fast food culture is increasing very fast. Indian youth have a passion for visiting fast food outlets these days. It is a 500 crore turnover business in India.
Personally I like home cooked food. That is one hundred times better than food served at fast food outlets. But for fun and friendly gatherings, I used to go to fast food outlets. In this busy life, sometimes we choose to eat fast food out of necessity. But I try to restrict it to only two or three times a week.
Fast food is very tasty, but there are no balanced nutritional contents. It causes obesity, which leads to deadly diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, various heart diseases and different types of cancers.
My kids are fond of fast food. I trained them to eat good home cooked food. I knew that if they became addicted to fast food, the road back would be difficult. So it is better to avoid unhealthy food habits from the start.
