Drink Plenty of Water, Eat Rightly

I still remember when I had constipation problems and was fed up of what to do. I tried many home remedies but nothing worked. Even if motion was there, it was not that easy. I consulted my family doctor who advised me on some basic changes; to drink sufficient water daily and to eat on a scheduled time.

I immediately started drinking plenty of water and being punctual in eating. It really worked and within one week I could notice the changes in my body. The whole problem got resolved in just a month's time.

I started reading more and more on this topic and made some more changes. I introduced large breakfast full of fruit and fresh juices. Apart from taking a variety of food, I tried taking small meals instead of three regular meals. I felt even better with this, which was keeping me lighter the whole day.

I now have a simple solution for fighting stomach related problems. First, drink sufficient water daily, especially early in the morning. Second, eat small meals and eat on time. Third, eat only when feeling hungry and take time to chew and digest the food properly. Do not rush in any case. Eating in a happy and in a good state of mind helps a lot.
