Many working people may think they don’t have time to cook. But many dishes can be prepared in the crock pot while you are at work!

Crock pot cooking can save time, and the best part about it is, it may save your health too. So get out that cock pot and get cooking!

Healthy Easy Picnic Recipes

Who doesn’t like a picnic in the wilderness, lake, or park? Knowing what to bring can take some planning. First, figure out if you are going to be grilling, or if you are making cold sandwiches. Here are some great sandwich ideas.
  • Turkey breast on Whole-wheat hoagie buns
  • Peanut butter and honey on whole-wheat oatmeal bread
  • Tuna fish on rye
  • Chicken salad in whole-wheat pita bread

Preparation like this makes grilling when away from home easy and healthy.
