Eat Food to Live Healthy and not Live to Eat

One requires certain amounts of food with certain amounts of calories to do their day to day activities. Its very important that we eat food that is nutritious and healthy rather than eating food that makes you unhealthy and can make you sick.

Now a days we eat lots of fast foods, which is even less heatlhy and contains more calories. The unused calories of food that we eat remain in our bodies and induces lots of health problems in us.

Healthy foods include foods that contain large amounts of fiber in it, such as green leafy salads and vegetables. At any rate, you need to eat healthy food daily during any time of the day. One should drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit like apples, bananas, etc.

If you eat fruit in the form of juice, it might contain large amount of sugars, so you need to eat the fruit in it's solid and raw form.

The most dangerous health problem is cancer. To prevent cancer, one should eat fish and prawn, which contains Omega 3 fatty acids. Anti oxidants also helps prevent us from developing cancer cells. If you already have cancer, and you take one cup of prawn daily, it helps in preventing the cancer cells to develop further.

Diabetics is another major health problem, which can be prevented by taking food that contains lots of fiber in it. If you are a non vegetarian, it's healthier if you eat food that is cooked in the oven rather than eating deep fried foods. You should eat food to live healthy and not live to eat.
