Wine is NOT Good For You
Having a glass of wine or two, or three does not prevent disease or the signs of aging. Alcohol is detrimental to the body in many ways. To justify the drinking of a beverage that controls a persons mind is ridiculous. It would be far better for health to drink freshly juiced purple grapes and their seeds!! The grape seeds are where the healthy substances are anyway.
Chocolate is NOT Good For You
Chocolate is not good for you, but pure cocoa is. Check the ingredients on a chocolate candy bar. Cocoa comes in around 7th or 8th behind numerous other unhealthy ingredients. If you like the taste of chocolate buy the candy bars that are 75% pure cocoa or above.
Margarine is NOT Good For You
Did you know that you can leave margarine open for years and it doesn’t go bad? That’s because it is NOT food. They add a few food ingredients in the mix so they can call it that, but it has no food value whatsoever. Raw goat and cow butter and extra virgin olive oil are far better for your health than synthetic margarines.
Corn and Vegetable Oils Are NOT Good For You
They sure like to make this a confusing subject. Let me make it simple for you. If the oil is cooked it is bad for you. If it is raw (expeller pressed), then it is good for you. All oils are cooked with the exception of extra virgin olive oil, safflower oil, coconut oils, raw nut oils, and oils that come naturally from the food.
