Fast Food has not affected my Life

by Emily Ivy Walker
(Miami, Florida, USA)

Fast food is bad, most people would say that. However, I think if we put just a little effort into our diet, we can greatly reduce our calorie intake.

Like what the article has mentioned, we can avoid bacon, spam and other meat products that are extremely unhealthy. Instead, replace that Wendy's burger with a salad.

As a teenager, I like to grab a burger or a sandwich and go. It's fast and easy. However, as the chairman of the cheerleading team, I have to ensure that I am fit and not consume too much calories.

My practice has helped me to maintain my body, and I do agree that a little fast food once in a while won't hurt!

Great Observation
by: Anonymous

Many people consume fast food like it's going out of style. Especially the younger generation. Replacing it with healthy food as you suggested is an excellent idea. Though for some it may be easier said than done. So starting off by replacing one meal at a time is a good start in the right direction. Do this until comfortable, then replace the next meal and so on. Great observation!
