Hi Doris...thanks for submitting such good information about your personal healthy eating plan. Fruit is an excellent food. It is loaded with antioxidants and doesn't require much energy for your body to digest. Therefore, you have more energy.
Some yogurt is good for you. It all depends on how it was processed. I would have to look into this more to give a better answer, but I know that the live bacteria in some yogurt is already dead and the yogurt doesn't do anything for you. In fact, most yogurt is this way. However, there is some yogurt that is processed without killing the bacteria inside it. This is the kind of yogurt one should be eating.
I have read some literature regarding this and wish I could put my finger on it, but can't remember where I read it. But it does make sense to me. You might want to try and Google it to see if you can find out more about this.
