- 2-teaspoon cumin
- 3-teaspoon chili powder
- 2-teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation
Cook ground turkey over the stove. Then add all of the ingredients with the cooked turkey into crockpot and mix well. Add water just to cover the ingredients. Set temperature on high heat and cook for 6 hours or on low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Enjoy this chili with corn tortilla chips.

Minestrone soup is hearty and healthy. The difference between minestrone soup and vegetable soup is minestrone has legumes and pasta in it, while vegetable soup does not. Let’s make some minestrone soup!
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic diced
- 1 cup garbanzo beans or navy beans, soaked
- 1-cup green beans
- 1-cup cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1-cup zucchini, sliced
- 1/3-cup lentils
- 2 cups cooked small pasta
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1-teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot except for the pasta. Add just enough water to cover all of the vegetables well. Cook on high heat for six hours or on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
Cook your favorite small pasta such as seashells or macaroni on the stovetop. When the soup is done, add the pasta to the soup. Please pass the Parmesan cheese!
