In regards to healthy eating recipes, the first thing one should eat in the mornings is fruit, with the exception of diabetics. Fruit contains all of their live enzymes.
This makes digesting fruit very easy. Have as much fruit as you wish for the first four hours you are awake.
As a healthy eating recipe, fruit can be turned into a fruit salad. Fruit salads are loaded with nutrition in every bite. With all the different kinds of fruit to choose from, you can always make fresh easy fruit salad recipes as your first meal. Beginning your day with fruit is a good way to start your day with a high amount of energy since fruit is very easy to digest.
Because your body doesn't need a lot of energy to digest the fruit you have eaten, you can use this extra energy for other daily activities. Instead of dragging yourself through your morning, you'll find you will have renewed energy to accomplish your tasks with less effort than usual.
A lot of people feel tired after having a heavy breakfast in the morning. This is because the breakfast is usually cooked and it takes a toll on your body.
Your body has to supply all the enzymes to digest what you have put in your stomach. There aren't any enzymes coming from your food because they have all been destroyed by the cooking process.
It takes a lot of energy for your digestive process to work efficiently. As a result, many people drink coffee with their breakfasts because of the stimulating effect coffee has. this isn't the best thing to do due to the unnatural stimulating effects of the caffeine in coffee. Plus, this will dehydrate you.
When looking at healthy eating recipes, you will need to consider the amount of sugar, and fat in them. Foods that have too much of these will not be healthy to eat. Consuming too much of these two items can in time create havoc with your body.
There are other concerns in maintaining a healthy diet, but the two that have the greatest negative impact are sugar and fat. Lets look at each one individually and some of the illnesses they can cause.
Sugar might taste great to the palate, but it has many negative attributes attached to it. I have mentioned in an earlier article that eating sugar weakens the immune system. This leaves you open to getting colds and other viral illnesses much easier. Healthy eating recipes will help limit your use of too much sugar intake.
Healthy eating recipes will derail the body from developing one of the worst illnesses from consuming too much sugar, diabetes. Diabetes is an illness developed by having too much sugar in the blood and not enough insulin production to metabolize that sugar.
Here's how it develops. Your body needs glucose to function. Your pancreas produces insulin to help carry this glucose into the cells to be utilized. Your body can only use so much glucose.
Your pancreas keeps producing a certain amount of insulin to handle the excess glucose in your blood. Eventually your body develops a resistance to the insulin. Therefore the effects of high blood sugar content eventually causes diabetes.
Diabetes type 2 symptoms will then start to develop. The number one consequence of diabetes is coronary artery disease. Because of the excess calories consumed by diabetics, their cholesterol and triglycerides increase. This creates inflammation and causes atherosclerosis throughout the body.
Depending on the location and severity of these atherosclerotic arteries, you can develop a stroke, heart attack, loss of limbs, and loss of eye sight. Eating from type 2 diabetes diets will greatly diminish your sugar intake and help curb these symptoms.
The damaging side effects of sugar are many. However, space only allows me to go over what I have above. Ultimately, eating too much sugar in the diet can create a shortened life span.
Fat is a good neighbor of sugar and creates similar complications. Eating too many bad fats, specifically hydrogenated fats and trans fatty acids can create and increase the amount of plaque in your arteries.
This in turn can result in strokes and heart attacks. Ultimately, eating too much bad fats can shorten your life span as well.
