In regards to healthy eating recipes, the first thing one should eat in the mornings is fruit, with the exception of diabetics. Fruit contains all of their live enzymes.

With all the different kinds of fruit to choose from, you can always make fresh easy fruit salad recipes as your first meal. Beginning your day with fruit is a good way to start your day with a high amount of energy since fruit is very easy to digest.

Because your body doesn't need a lot of energy to digest the fruit you have eaten, you can use this extra energy for other daily activities. Instead of dragging yourself through your morning, you'll find you will have renewed energy to accomplish your tasks with less effort than usual.

A lot of people feel tired after having a heavy breakfast in the morning. This is because the breakfast is usually cooked and it takes a toll on your body.

Your body has to supply all the enzymes to digest what you have put in your stomach. There aren't any enzymes coming from your food because they have all been destroyed by the cooking process.

It takes a lot of energy for your digestive process to work efficiently. As a result, many people drink coffee with their breakfasts because of the stimulating effect coffee has. this isn't the best thing to do due to the unnatural stimulating effects of the caffeine in coffee. Plus, this will dehydrate you.

Considering the effects of sugar When looking at healthy eating recipes, you will need to consider the amount of sugar, and fat in them. Foods that have too much of these will not be healthy to eat. Consuming too much of these two items can in time create havoc with your body.

There are other concerns in maintaining a healthy diet, but the two that have the greatest negative impact are sugar and fat. Lets look at each one individually and some of the illnesses they can cause.

Sugar might taste great to the palate, but it has many negative attributes attached to it. I have mentioned in an earlier article that eating sugar weakens the immune system. This leaves you open to getting colds and other viral illnesses much easier. Healthy eating recipes will help limit your use of too much sugar intake.

Diabetes: A Common Illness

Diabetes type 2 symptoms will then start to develop. The number one consequence of diabetes is coronary artery disease. Because of the excess calories consumed by diabetics, their cholesterol and triglycerides increase.
