Sharing my personal life story with everyone about a healthy food plan. This is a healthy plan as well as weight loss plan. You can benefit in both the ways.
Early in the morning, I will drink banana stem juice mixed with salt. It is useful in the following two ways.
1. It destroys calcium stones in the urine.
2. It is helpful in weight reduction.
Second, I will eat chapati. It is also useful in weight reduction as well great to include in a good healthy diet. It does contain wheat.
Third, I will eat fruit like bananas and apples. Bananas are good for constipation. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Fourth, I will eat palak leaves dishes with a little rice and sambar. Palak leaves are very good for eyes.
Fifth, I will drink a healthy drink like boost. It is a very good healthy drink.
Sixth, I will have my dinner at night. One chapati, milk, banana, etc. Milk is very good and rich in calcium. It is very good for women.
