My personal eating plan is divided in four parts, i.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Meal.
I wake up early in the morning around 5:45 a.m. and usually have a glass of water. After doing that, I prefer to drink a cup of milk, eat 2 boiled eggs, and some fruit (banana, apples, etc.) as a breakfast around 8:00 a.m.
I have lunch around 12:00 p.m. My lunch particularly includes steamed plain rice with green vegetables on Monday to Friday and with mutton, chicken, or fish on Saturday and Sunday.
I have my dinner at around 05:30 p.m. It usually includes wheat breads with soup or rice over the white ones and a glass of fresh fruit juice, either apples, sugarcane, or oranges.
My meal mainly consists of a glass of hot mushroom soup if available or any kind of edible soup with salad. I prefer to have some pieces of chapatis with green vegetables.
Personal appearance, as well as attitude, depends on one's health. A healthy diet plays a core role with this. Doing this really makes me feel healthy performing my day-to-day activities.
One should know the importance of a balanced diet. Eating excessively at a single time might be a con leading to poor health. Dividing the eating schedule might help people live a healthy life, being free of disease and any kind of deficiency related with physical and mental health.
