My Daily Eating Plan

I have a very simple eating plan some may find useful. There are so many different types of foods out there right now and a lot of it can be harmful.
My advice, "Stay away from harmful food. Avoid fast food restaurants, trans- fats, candy and soda pop. Only eat and drink small amounts of sugar and exercise daily."
Exercise is often overlooked when it comes to a healthy diet but it is an absolute must. Buy organic foods and stay away from GMO products. Try to eat 3 healthy servings of vegetables and fruits every day. Stay hydrated! Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
For breakfast, I suggest a couple pieces of whole wheat toast(using unbleached flour with a little natural peanut butter on top, a glass of 100% natural orange juice and a banana.
For lunch I suggest a deli sandwich with a lot of veggies on top. (Organic turkey or chicken is preferred), an apple, a glass of rice milk and some baby carrots.
For dinner I suggest some type of fresh fish or stew with lots of baby red potatoes, carrots, veggies, and carbohydrates. (pasta is OK too).
Always make sure your eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. Stay hydrated! (these are the most important tips!) A good balance of nutrition, sleep and exercise are the keys to a healthy lifestyle!
