Natural Health Alternative Medicine Bactericide

Natural Alternative To Antibiotics

There are several natural health alternative medicine bactericide products that kill bacteria and fight infection. That means that if you get an infection within the body or on the skin, you can treat it with an alternative natural medicine that works.

Antibiotics are harmful to the body because they break down the bodies natural immunities to fight sickness. Let’s examine some of the natural treatments for treating bacterial infections.

Natural Health Alternative Medicine Bactericide: Garlic The Antibacterial

As most people already know, garlic is an antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiviral agent. Eating (juicing) just two cloves of garlic a day prevents sickness from coming on. But once you are sick, if you are juice fasting with fresh fruits and garlic you will get well in just two or three days.

When treating with garlic, it really does not matter what kind of infection you are fighting. Garlic will do its job. Garlic pills don’t work as well as the real food.

You would have to swallow ten garlic pills to get the same potency you get from just one garlic clove. If it is a pill, that means it is cooked. Cooked food is never better for you.

Natural Health Alternative Medicine Bactericide: Apple Cider and Infection

Then there is apple cider vinegar, a topical infection fighter. Who would have thought that apple cider vinegar can be used as an antibacterial? Well, its true. Apple cider works great on poison ivy and oak, abscesses and boils, open wounds, infected areas, rashes, sunburn, and insect bites.

Also, if you are feeling rundown with a cold or flu, apple cider vinegar can be taken orally by adding ¼ cup to an 8-ounce glass of water. Drink every two hours.

For topical care, clean the wound, bite, or infected area and simply apply apple cider several times a day. To make a poultice, warm some apple cedar vinegar in a pan and dip cheesecloth into the vinegar.

Squeeze out some of the vinegar, leaving some in the cheesecloth. Apply to the infected area four or five times a day until the condition is gone. Black Walnut herbal extract is also great for treating these types of skin conditions.

Natural Health Alternative Medicine Bactericide: Sage For Yeast Infection?

Everyone has yeast in his or her body. When the body is healthy, yeast does not pose a problem. Yeast resides in harmony with friendly bacteria in our intestinal tract.

But when the intestinal tract becomes upset, usually from something we are eating, an overgrowth of yeast takes over and causes a yeast infection.

Conventional antibiotics kill the friendly bacteria in your system and actually feed the yeast, making it grow. Natural antibiotics, like garlic does not kill friendly bacteria. If you suspect a yeast infection, the first thing you should do is to stop eating white flour products and refined sugars.

Eating these kinds of foods feed the yeast helping it to spread throughout the body. Do not drink alcohol. Drink lots of pure water to help with bowel elimination.

Sage fights the yeast toxins in the body. Make a soothing sage tea. Mix One-teaspoon sage, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne to a cup of hot water. Drink this tea six or seven times throughout the day.

Garlic is of course another good food to eat several times a day for fighting the Candida bacteria. Sage is a natural antibacterial.

Natural Health Alternative Medicine Bactericide: Echinacea A Flu Fighter

The most important first step in fighting colds and flu’s is to get plenty of rest, drink lots of pure water, and start juice fasting. Drink several juiced drinks adding two garlic cloves to each drink.

The next best thing, in conjunction with your juicing, is to drink Echinacea tea, which is an excellent antioxidant herb for combating sickness.
