Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups fresh organic pineapple juice
- ¾ cup cream of coconut
- 1-cup light rum
- 4 cups crushed ice
- 4 fresh pineapple spears
Combine all ingredients except garnish in the blender and mix well. Pour into tumblers and garnish with pineapple spears. For a non-alcoholic Pina Colada, omit the rum and add 1-cup milk or juice in its place. Pina colada smoothies are very, very tasty.

- 1 whole fresh pineapple
- 1-teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup raw honey or other natural sweetener
- 2 cups cold water
2 cups crushed ice
Cut, core, and clean pineapple. Cut pineapple into chunks. Add all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. This smoothie recipe serves four. The kids will love this nutrition pineapple recipe.
