TIPS TO BE HEALTHY -Throughout Your Lifetime

I started following a strict dieting habit four years ago. When I completed my graduation I was only 50kg. After that, there was a drastic change in my weight and in my body shape too. It worried me a lot. My friends and relatives started to crack jokes about me. Then I decided to regain my original shape and I did it.

Steps which I followed:

1. I never eat refrigerated food.

2. I stopped eating milk sweets and fat producing food items.

3. I started drinking fresh juice.

4. I ate at proper times and in correct quantity.

5. Before this, I used to eat only three times a day with no restriction in the quantity. Now I eat five times in small quantity only when I get hungry.

6. I will not eat junk food.

7. Not only the food habit but also a good exercise habit will help to maintain a good body shape and weight.

I am a 25year old lady but have some knowledge and experience of my own. Feeling very happy to share it in this site so that it may help somebody in one way or another. We have a saying, "Even a small toothpick will help to clean your teeth".
